本人一次性为公司购买4台三星笔记本电脑Q10 ,在保修期内已3台出过硬件问题,其中一台的发票丢失过了流通期没办法保修外,自己拿出钱了，换个配置贵的让人汗，，，，，
一台是主板上网络接口有问题，维修近一个月才修好,
一个月前令一台加电无反应,维修中心检测是主板总是要更换主板，说最多一个星期，一个星期后问维修站得到的回复是主板没有货，没有寄到，再一个星期问还是这样，现在四个多星期了回复依然一样，打三星8008105858已经Ｎ次了，接线员给的答复要么是转给笔记本售后部，要么是说反应给管理人员，管理人员会回复电话给我，这样话我差不多也听了Ｎ次了，可是我一个回复电话也没有接到，，，

　　现在搞的我也不知道怎么样好了，，，

屏幕尺寸大，是一款优秀的大尺寸多媒体笔记本；音质表现出色；支持不开机播放功能。
体积过于庞大，不太适合经常携带使用；键盘敲击手感一般，缺乏良好的弹性。
它的性能出众、温度控制也很好搭配上良好的音效让该产品成为一款优秀的影音娱乐型笔记本。

1、散热效果好，性能表现出色。
2、17英寸的显示屏，显示效果良好，亮度表现出众，色彩饱和性较高，屏幕字体较大。
3、M50内置音箱效果出色，采用了2.1声道设计，发音单元较大，将音量开至最大也不会有失真的情况发生。
内置全尺寸键盘，敲击手感不舒适。
